We use a one trip, 20x8ft standard height shipping container as the base to create our fantastic small container homes & we can tailor the build specifically to your needs!

Timber framed insulated & plaster boarded dry lined walls & ceilings wrapped in a breathable membrane
Interior finished in a matt white, with white door liners & white skirtings throughout
Full electrical install to include 8 down lights, 6 double plug sockets, 3 dimmable light switches, 2 extractor fans, 1 mirror socket, 1 external light, 1 external double socket & all Tv & wifi fittings.
Full internal plumbing works for the kitchen and bathroom
Two fixing points for wall mounted furniture
Two Internal doors with sliding wall fittings

PROFESSIONAL DELIVERY
Professional transportation and Off-load can be arranged at very reasonable rates!
We can arrange for your delivery by a Hiab truck, with our trusted haulage providers.
Your portable building will be off-loaded and positioned on your site by a fully trained operative using lorry mounted crane.
We can also load your unit at our Chichester Depot with our onsite Forklift truck should you prefer to arrange for your own transport.

We enquired about a unit from Cabin Depot company, we were greeted by Jonny, who was very helpful who answered all the questions that we asked him and some of the answers that he didn’t know - he was very proactive in going to find out the information and then immediately called us back.
He facilitated everything we needed, he even arranged the delivery and he made what was a difficult task of choosing the right unit for us - all seem so easy. I chose a good quality unit for my office purpose but whether it’s an office or a welfare unit or any of the other units you require, that Jonny has on site.
